We collect the personal data that you may volunteer while purchasing The DivaCup.
We do not collect information about our visitors from other sources, such as public records or bodies, or private organizations.

The information collected on the order page is only used for our own records and marketing for future Diva International Inc. promotions, and will not be sold or traded to third parties. If we wish to use your personal data for a new purpose, we offer you the means to consent to this new purpose via an e-mail request.

Children's Privacy
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we recognize information as the personal data from a child we will take specific steps to protect the privacy of children by deleting this information.  Our product is not geared to children, therefore any personal information received which would be believed to be inappropriate would be dealt with in an appropriate manner.

Disclosure and Visitor Choice
We do not disclose your personal data to other organizations or third parties.

Confidentiality / Security
Our order page provides a secure transmission method to send us the personal information requested in our order form in order to make sure your personal information is not compromised.  

We have implemented security policies, rules and technical measures to protect the personal data that we have under our control from:

• improper use or disclosure
• unauthorized modification
• unlawful destruction or accidental loss

All our employees and data processors, who have access to, and are associated with the processing of personal data, are obliged to respect the confidentiality of our visitors' personal data.  We ensure that your personal data will not be disclosed to Provincial or Federal institutions and authorities except if required by law or other regulation.

You can ask us, by sending an email to privacy@divacup.com whether we are keeping personal data about you.  However, the only way we would be able to obtain personal data is if you order the product.  In this case the information is kept confidential and only used for marketing purposes by Diva International Inc.

We will provide you with a readable copy of the personal data which we keep about you, within a week.  However, Diva International Inc. reserves the right to request proof of your identity before any information is disclosed.  We will provide the information without any charge.  

We allow you to challenge the data that we hold about you and, where appropriate, you may have the data:

• erased
• rectified or amended
• completed

Privacy Compliance
There are no national laws or self-regulatory schemes applicable to our web site or organization. There are no global or regional regulatory or self-regulatory schemes applicable to our web site or organization.  We cannot demonstrate that our privacy policy accords with the privacy instrument.
