The DivaCup is the only menstrual cup allowed for sale in Canada by Health Canada. It also holds market approval by the U.S. FDA.

The DivaCup is also the only menstrual cup that holds international ISO 13485:2003 manufacturing certification. (The rigorous ISO 13485:2003 international standard provides a tried and tested framework and a systematic approach to consistently produce product that satisfies customers' expectations, www.iso.org).

The DivaCup is latex free and is made from top quality silicone, a material that has been used in healthcare applications for over 50 years. This silicone is not the same type of material used in breast implants. No chlorine, dyes, colorings or additives of any kind are used.
