Divas! Show your love for The DivaCup!
Be creative! Express your “love” and appreciation for The DivaCup by making a one-of-a-kind production! Perform a song (opera, country, rap and more…); read your poetry – an ode or haiku?; act out a comedy or action-adventure; choreograph a routine; gather your friends to showcase how The DivaCup has changed your lives or lessened your eco-footprint; instruct others on proper insertion, removal and use (in good taste)…the possibilities are limitless!
Objective:
The DivaCup is a revolutionary product that is changing the face of feminine hygiene around the world. Your video can make a real difference! It should entertain and educate. The goal of our contest is to choose videos that encourage viewers to forward them to friends and family to:
a) stimulate discussions;
b) compel viewers to go to www.divacup.com in order to learn more;
c) to affect greater visibility and understanding of the menstrual cup concept; &
d) to affect positive change concerning feminine hygiene – to support the feminine hygiene revolution taking place worldwide!
Tips/Guidelines:
1. Develop a creative video (2 minutes or less) that contains informative and enlightening information about menstrual cups and The DivaCup, in particular. Because menstrual cups are considered medical devices by the U.S. FDA, Health Canada and other countries’ health ministries, all finalists’ videos must adhere to the latest and most accurate information on menstrual cups. Please do not include any mention of medical claims in your video.
To assure that your video will be qualified for entry, please visit www.divacup.com and our FAQ section to find accurate verbiage and information.
2. Please develop your video to be appropriate for the general public of any age group.
How to Submit Your Entry (video):
1. Upload your video file in any format with our online uploader submission tool.
2. Include your name, address, e-mail address, phone number and the title of your video. To protect your privacy, please do not include this information within your video.

Contest Details & Rules*:
2. Please make sure that your video is under 2 minutes in length.
3. All submissions become property of Diva International Inc.
4. Grand, Second, and Third prize winners will be selected from the 5 finalists.
5. All winners will be featured on www.divacup.com, The DivaCup’s Facebook page and The DivaCup’s Youtube channel. Finalists will be featured on The DivaCup’s Facebook page and The DivaCup’s Youtube channel.
6. To qualify, videos must be uploaded by 23:59 EST February 28, 2010. The video deadline is midnight EST February 28, 2010.
Submissions in languages other than English:
Diva International Inc. welcomes videos in languages other than English! When submitting such a video please email info@divacup.com a written transcript, verbatim, of the video. Diva International Inc. will translate it to determine if the content meets requirements detailed above.
Selection of Winners:
1. Judges will select 5 finalists based on creativity, persuasion of the message delivered, and accuracy of the information delivered.
2. Results will be posted and winners will be notified by email on March 8, 2010. Prizes will be awarded and arranged to be sent once winners are announced. Once winners have been announced, videos will also be posted to The DivaCup’s various Internet channels.
* Diva International Inc. will award one Grand Prize and two runner-up prizes. Prizes will be awarded only to the name of the submitter of the video. By sending us the video you are agreeing to the following: Any video material you send becomes the property of Diva International Inc., thereby granting us permission to use your video on Diva International Inc. websites and social media sites. Do not send copyrighted material. Diva International Inc. reserves the right to disqualify any video that does not follow the above rules or that we deem inappropriate or inaccurate.
